New Zealand-hopped pale ale, 4% We love those lush, exotic New Zealand hops. You don’t need a load of alcohol to get those gooseberry, stone fruit flavours to come thundering through.
IPA, 5.5% We go to Australia for this one, combining it with oats and wheat to produce a juicy beer, but one with hints of dry white wine. This sells out quickly on tap.
IPA, 5.5% It’s front and centre for two of the biggest hops in the modern brewer’s arsenal – Amarillo and Mosaic. We make it murky to soak up those flavours, and it’s proved to be a big hit – particularly with football fans!
Fly You Fools
New Zealand IPA, 5.5% We make no apologies for going Down Under again. Different hops, different taste and finish. It has resulted in one of our most highly regarded beers.
West Coast IPA, 5.5% The West really is the best. Pours clear, with a bitter finish, and loads of piney, resinous notes in between. Some people say the West Coast style is done. It ain’t.
West Coast IPA, 5.5% Where we take the style and add a big blast of citrus flavours into the mix. What we end up with the essence of Rival – sunshine in a glass. Get your shorts on for this one.
Session pale ale, 3.8% Want a modern, hoppy beer but get put off by the high ABV on most of them? This is our flagship pale ale – like Kompakt, it’s popular at all kinds of occasions. Big gun hops, light body, easy finish.
Kolsch-style ale, 4.5% Our most requested beer. Designed with the barbecue in mind, our customers have bought it to drink at events, launches and even haute cuisine dining clubs. Crystal clear and slightly sweet on the finish.
